Roof Repairs, Waterproofing and Painting

- VKB Warehouse in Warden, Freestate.

One of our teams travelled all the way to the Freestate. Another Job well Done.

We started by cleaning and Waterproofing Box Gutters.We then applied Sealpro Reffero to all the rust spots and sealed all the joints with Spunfab membrane and Sealpro Hydroseal. Afterwards applying Dampend in all the gutters. Removed the rotten gutter and supplied and installed a new gutter.  

We replaced 24 x 2m fiberglass Sheeting with white Polycarbonate sheeting. Waterproofing done on 27sqm of parapet walls. Removed loose plaster and opened all the cracks. Repaired the plaster. Closed all the cracks. Thereafter we applied Sealpro Penetrar, and Spunfab membrane on top of the walls where there are no flashings. Applied 2 x coats Sealpro Dampend and then 2 x coats Sealpro Hydroseal mixed in color of final coat paint.  

Waterproof & Paint of roof - 2800sqm. Replaced all the roof hooks with 90mm posidrive screws and new washers. Waterproofing done at all the flashings with spunfab membrane and Hydroseal. Washed the roof with pressure washer. Afterwards treating all the rust spots with Sealpro Reffero rust converter. Mixed and sprayed the Metal edge primer in the final coat of the roof. Lastly, we sprayed 2 x coats Sealpro Plasroof mixed in final coat color.
